Derek Blaylock was biking home from the bus stop on his way back from work when Kevin Brewer, 51, allegedly struck him with his pick-up truck and drove away from the scene. He was 50 years old with a wife and two young children.Our deepest condolences to his family and all his friends.

Brewer also left the scene in 2008, leaving Cheek for dead. Brewer eventually came forward and pleaded guilty to felony hit and run.
He is not yet in custody, and a warrant has been issued, the Seattle Times reports.
His attorney told prosecutors Brewer would be in court for arraignment next week.
